Chantelle Fava - Creative Alchemist
Chantelle artistically watches over each show created, and still performs some acts herself!
Chantelle started her career in Musical Theatre being flown to Europe to perform in Andrew Lloyd Webber's record breaking musical, Starlight Express. This is where she found her love for roller skating! Chantelle worked throughout Europe dancing on many live TV shows and touring with Saturday Night Fever.
Chantelle was honoured to be chosen as part of the original production of We Will Rock You. This gave her the chance to work directly with Writer/Director Ben Elton, Queen band member Brian May, famous choreographer Arlene Philips and musical genius Mike Dixon. This is where Chantelle really learnt from the best, finding her passion for creating powerful and exciting shows.
Since returning home to her beloved Australia, Chantelle spent her time performing and choreographing with Rolling Entertainment. The skate crew were named top 8 in Australia’s Got Talent 2010 and went on to perform at numerous corporate events, and were invited to perform on Hey Hey it’s Saturday as a featured act.
Chantelle's passion lies in creating fabulous feature shows. There's nothing she loves more than gathering her highly skilled team of dancers, circus artists and specialist performers to create a unique theatrical show that can only be found at Fresh.
Chantelle’s favourite choreographic challenge to date was given to her by comedian Kitty Flanagan, opening the Oxfam Melbourne International Comedy Gala for Network 10. Her brief was a group of roller skating, disco dancing, very sad clowns. Kitty’s response to the final product, “Nailed it!”.
